If it is an English (ENG) player, you should contact David Clayton ([email protected]). He will be able to make the necessary correction.

For other players, either contact the International Rating Officer of the Federation concerned or the FIDE Elista Office at [email protected]. They will probably wish to seek confirmation from the player's Federation.
