Food for chess thought or simply something to be ignored?
It's neither, because that completely misses the point. For chess in England, there are 8809 standard graded players for whom a gender is known. Of those, just 239 are women over the age of 16. My guess is that women are at least proportionately represented on chess governing bodies.John Upham wrote:Food for chess thought or simply something to be ignored?
