Begging your pardons, but does anybody have any gen on Nicholas Elliott Foster, may I ask?
He qualified for the FM title but never bothered to pay FIDE the requisite registration fee.
He was also Captain of the English (mayhap even BRITISH!?) Clay Pigeon Shooting team and, for a while, taught Guy Ritchie and Madonna clay pigeon shooting!
