Changing Password in this place?

Tonight I obtained a new auto generated password and was informed that I could set my own via the Profile page.
Is this utility hidden as I could not see how to set my own password?

user control panel
profile
edit account settings

It is one of the most common questions - as is not clicking the activate password link in the new password email!
