Good news on Akshaya's board, Black is in danger of getting her queen trapped.

Yes, I wasn't sure why she played 12 e4 rather than b4, but Akshaya now has an advantage on the board and the clock

Move 42, not clear how Akshaya is going to win from here

Is there a rule on early draws in this tournament - board 1 in U18 seems to have taken an 8 move draw - there seems to be some talk of disqualification?

Searching for "draw" produces no matches in the regulations: http://www.wycc2015.org/fide_world_youth_2015.pdf so I suspect not unless something was announced at the start of the event.

Akshaya drew again, seemed a similar opening to her previous game as black

Yes, never in danger but perhaps she needs a wider repertoire when hoping to win with Black against a well prepared opponent.

Surely it's just a case of shoddy preparation? I can't believe somebody can get to 2200 knowing only one variation of one opening against e4.
Ah, but I was so much older then. I'm younger than that now.

It's possible with even less! But of course she still needs seriously to improve here.
