David Howell, Peter Constantinou and Sarah Hegarty are currently representing England at the World Junior Chess Championships 2008.
You can read tournament reports here: http://www.chessuk.com/wj2008.html
and the official tournament website, with live games and full results is here: http://wjcc2008.tsf.org.tr/
The tournament report should be published on the ecf website, but they have chosen to ignore this important tournament and the reports that I have been sending, despite the fact that GM David Howell has been leading the event for England and the juniors were officially selected and supported by the ecf.

Alas, David Howell lost to Li Chao (China) today in a Grunfeld (1-0, 137) - yes, that's a 137-move defeat in an astonishing struggle that, somewhere surely, David was level. It'll take Fritz to prove it though. David is now 3rd, 0.5 behind Li Chao

David Howell - what a player!
Another astonishingly long and complex game today, played nervelessly on the minute increment to win (1-0, 127). Li Chao lost, so David goes jt-2nd behind Arik Braun (GER)
That's 264 moves in his last two games. Crikey!
In today's marathon, David played the last 50 moves on the increment, advancing from Q+P v R+B+P to a plain Q v R ending with amazing persistence and accuracy. Awesome!

With just two rounds to go David Howell is 2nd=, just half a point behind the sole leader.
Come on David.

Howell plays for the title tomorrow morning after winning with black today.
Whether or not he wins, he's played superbly throughout.

A nail biting finish.
After a win today with Black, over a player rate 2605, David is 1st= with two other players, with just one round to go.
He faces one of these players tomorrow and has the white pieces.
David Howell vs Abhijeet Gupta.
A win for the World Junior title.
A fantastic performance. It's ridiculously exciting!!
