I've shown this thread to my 15 year old daughter; she's declined the challenge of making one for my birthday, but I do have 3 weeks to change her mind

I'm more concerned about the new Hippo eating it before my daughter gets up and sees it

Are the pieces edible aswell?
If so, I would go for the pawns on f2 and f7.
