We have been informed that there is a rumour circulating that Scarborough will not be able to pay out the advertised prizes.
Can I dismiss this rumour as absolute rubbish. A look at the entries will show that income is healthy.

We have been informed that there is a rumour circulating that Scarborough will not be able to pay out the advertised prizes.
Can I dismiss this rumour as absolute rubbish. A look at the entries will show that income is healthy.

Prudent budgetting has meant that the Congress Account has sufficient to cover one year of 'famine'. This year's entries are holding up well and with still a week to go should increase even more.
If you hear this rumour would you please pass refer the person responsible to myself or Andrew Butterworth.
