This Thursday, Hendon Chess Club is hosting an evening rapidplay tournament in the Big Hall! Open to all on Thursday 24th February 2011, starting @ 7.30pm. 4 rounds of graded games, 15 minutes per person per game, swiss system. Prizes will be based on entries. Reduced entry fee for Hendon Chess Club members.

* Our 4th Open Evening Rapidplay is on the 24th February 2011 and will be a four or five round swiss (depending on entries) – NOT a knock-out.
* Open to anyone. You don’t have to have a grade or even belong to Hendon Chess Club to play.
* All games will be rated by the English Chess Federation.
* Venue: Golders Green Parish Church Hall, West Heath Drive, Golders Green, London NW11 7QG
* Event start at 7.30pm promptly, finish at 10pm.
* £10.00 to enter, £3.00 if you are a member of Hendon Chess Club.
* 15 minutes per player per game (in other words each game lasts a maximum of 30 minutes)
* The controller’s decision is final in all matters.
