Noting that it's FIDE rated and the move rate is 80 minutes plus 10 second increments, shouldn't there be a warning that games involving players rated over 2400 won't be rated?

Also is it now an ECF rule that all players in a FIDE rated tournament, regardless of chess nationality, have to be ECF Gold members or incur the organisers an extra £ 15 pay to play?
