Can I ask: who are the organisers and arbiters?

According to the chess-results listing it's organised by Psyon Chess and the Tournament Director and Chief Arbiter is Satish Gaekwad.

Aiming to hit the 50 mark soon on the first Cheam RapidPlay this Saturday (49 entries now with 2 more days to go!). The Open section could benefit from 5 more players to run as an "independent" section as the other two sections have hit the minimum threshold. Calling any last mile players for the Open section, thanks
