Does he need more Norms for the GM title, or will getting his rating past 2500 be enough?

This would be his 2nd GM norm according to the FIDE site. Needs 0.5/2 for the norm, against Hebden & Harvey.

That was the plan. Justin Tan & Daniel Fernandez were stranded in Australia and Jovanka Houska & Joseph McPhillips living in Europe contributed towards them being unavailable but I was very happy with the final line up.
