The inaguaral FIDE rated Richmond Stars Barred (U2200) standard play takes place at Orleans Park School on Friday 10th to Sunday 12th April. 5 round FIDE rated Swiss, one section open to players rated Under 2200.

You may want to revisit the file. I got a message that the pdf file was damaged and couldn't be opened.

That was from Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version 2019.021.20061

What's the tournament format? Two rounds a day?

Chess-results suggests 5 rounds and April. Have you pasted the blurb from one of your Richmond Blitzes by accident?
