Has anyone found a reliable and definitive means of looking up SBNs and ISBNs?
I'd like to find a bi-directional service that
goes from SBN / ISBN to publication
and
publication to SBN / ISBN
Thanks.

Re: Looking-up SBNs and ISBNs?
I asked a friend who is a librarian, and he suggests
"www.bl.uk
To search ISBNs, just enter them (without hyphens) and choose "anywhere" for fields searched."
