I am reviewing an excellent book which contains a game fragment from Chandler-Austin, 1981.

What is the title of this book?

Glad you changed the title.

I would guess: The Complete Chess Swindler: How to Save Points from Lost Positions
by David Smerdon

I had found this: https://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1765085
With Sally Simpson's comments. I think there's a whole thread in an explanation of that.

An excellent but not the book I had in mind which is more recent.
