One of the less enthusiastic reviews recently, even if not a total thumbs down.
I do certainly agree that either you update a "classic" book properly, or simply re-release it as it was originally - warts and all.
Half-cocked and incomplete "revisions" really are the worst of all worlds.

On that theme it might be worth comparing the various so-called "Editions" of Flank Openings.

Alex sadly died on 16th January 2023 at the age of 81, after an extended illness. He passed away at home in Sayre, Pennsylvania, USA.
