Sturua has drawn, Keith has a chance for a small edge with 22.Bxh3 and Qa3

Will Keith be inspired and seize the moment?

It gives Keith the chance to play the sort of position he likes, hopefully, and keep on pushing while the rest of us work out the tiebreak position

Am surprised Sturua took the draw (presumably offered by his opponent?). His position did look double-edged, but then Keith's position doesn't really look like White can make much progress. He didn't play Qa3 either, went for Qc2 instead.

Capablanca era theory would assert that Black had a pawn structure advantage with three against two on the queen-side. I believe Keith has written that he doesn't accept this and considers the king-side majority a potential advantage in those types of positions.

Official site has one of Keith's extras as having drawn, with N+6 v B+4. Given that there have been errors before (notably Keith v Mark) it would be nice to know.

Two of Sturua's have already drawn, and two of Keith's appear to be material ahead with good chances. The game between Bruno and Kalegin looks very unclear; Sturua's last one is a little worse against Terry, and Keith's last one is worse against John. So if it goes to tiebreaks, Keith's prospects looking better than three hours ago.
For Keith, Madeira Wagner Martins has won allegedly, but Hafez Bakr is losing (so that will be the one Keith drops in the first Buchholz tie break I assume) and Yasin Hur is losing to John - Kalegin looks to be losing to Bruno, although Bruno is a little short on time

Now Terry has drawn and one of Keith's others looks lost, so I think Keith has to win.

Edit - didn't know you dropped one. Hopefully Keith has worked it out, but I think if John wins and the Bruno game is a draw, it is equal on Bucholz. What happens then? Might be academic though as Bruno looks to be winning, which would help Sturua.

In alphabetic order for Sturua we're looking at

Bruno Fabio 2422 ITA 6.5 (advantage Bruno)
Furman Boris 2152 RUS 5.5 (draw)
Kempen Leon 1949 AUS 5 (draw)
Shevelev Arkady 2295 ISR 5 (draw)

So a likely effective first tie break of 7.5+6+5.5 = 19 and a second tie break of 19 + 5.5 = 24.5

In alphabetic order for Keith we're looking at

Hafez Bakr 2013 JOR 4.5 (lost)
Kalegin Evgenij 2474 RUS 6 (worse - see Bruno)
Madeira Wagner Martins 2207 BRA 4.5 (draw)
Yasin Hur 2138 TUR 6.5 (worse against Nunn)

Thus a likely effective first tie-break of 6.5+6+5 = 17.5 and a second tie break of 17.5 + 4.5 = 22
(edit) Madeira actually won so it would be 18 and 22.5 (/edit)
So advantage Sturua. The Bruno -Kalegin game could turn it round. Reverse the currently forecast result and it becomes 18 v 18.5.

Not only did you not predict, but you mocked me and suggested I was high for my suggestion that Keith was favourite

I presume a draw between Bruno and Kalegin is not enough?

Not of itself. But it would be if Yasin v Nunn were also drawn. And I think that Nunn now only needs a draw for third.

Madeira won, so the first tiebreaks look to be 19-18 in favour of Sturua

If Bruno only drew, it would be level on first tiebreak, but Sturua would be ahead on second tiebreak
