Nunn drew for a 2-2 result
Probably - but after yesterday can we be sure of anything until the results go up on chess-results.com?

Against no mean opponent either.

The only issue I've encountered watching the matches for 2 days is having to refresh my screen once. Otherwise it's been perfectly reliable.

In Today's 65+ England 2 vs Switzerland match, Stewart Reuben (age 83) will face Edwin Bhend (age 91)

I'm not sure if this is the highest total age possible in the tournament

An ambulance packed with paramedics has been stationed full time outside the playing venue

Is the latter the oldest person in it?

Possibly not, but due to fixed board orders, not all high age pairings are possible and I'm not planning to wade through them all to check 😉

I knew of this from chatting to Stewart this morning

Adams grinds another one out to give England an important 2-2 against the USA.

60 g4! a move of genius. England-1 are now in the lead in the tournament on tie-break.

And the 65+ first team are also in first place after an important win today (3.5-0.5 against Germany-1). France tomorrow.
The 50+ team play Hungary tomorrow while the US play Canada.

I saw g4 but probably because of this rather unconvincing struggle: https://www.365chess.com/game.php?gid=3407818
