I am sorry to inform you that George Murfet of Radcliffe & Bingham Chess Club passed away recently.
George was a longstanding member of the Nottinghamshire Chess Community.
George's funeral took place today at 2.30pm at Wilford Hill Cemetery, Loughborough Road, Nottingham, NG2 7FE.
