The sad news has just been reported that International Arbiter Goran Vukadinovic passed away on 23rd December 2022.
Goran was born in Montenegro in 1964 and became an International Arbiter in 1994.
He was Chief Arbiter at The International Chess Open which took place between 4th and 10th May 2016.
He also was the an Arbiter at the European Senior Team Chess Championship in 2017 and the FIDE World Youth Cadets Chess Championship in 2015 amongst many others.
