The sad news was reported that Pavel Drugov died on 15th April 2021 at the age of just 46.
Pavel was born on 5th February 1975 in Russia.
He was an International Arbiter, International Master and International Organiser.
I believe he was the Chairman of the children's and youth committee of St.Petersburg Sports Chess Federation. He was also President of Petrovskaya Ladia chess club.
