I am sorry to report that the International Arbiter from Montenegro, Branko Vulanovic died on 22nd December 2021.
Branko was born in 1939 in Montenegro.
He became a FIDE Arbiter and Trainer, then International Arbiter in 1992.
Branko also wrote a 560 page Hardback book titled "Velika Rokada". It is a book about long castling.
