I am sorry to report that Andreea Bollengier (nee Sasu-Ducsoara) has died aged just 46.
Andreea was born in Romania on 17th May 1975 and passed away on 31st May 2021.
She was awarded the title of IM in 2000 and in 2002 won the Romanian Youth Chess Championship for U16s Girls.
Andreea also played for Romania in the Women's Chess Olympiad.
She then moved to France and after gaining French citizenship, in 2010 won the French Women's Chess Championship.
Andreea also won the bronze medal in 2011 and silver medal in 2014 at the French Women's Chess Championship.
She also played for France in the Women's Chess Olympiad of 2012.

This can't be right, since she would have been in her mid twenties, even if that is what Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andreea_Bollengier gives (it has been flagged in the edit tab there).... in 2002 won the Romanian Youth Chess Championship for U16s Girls.

As she married in 2005, one assumes that the 2002 date is incorrect rather than her dob. Her father was a Romanian FM.
