The sad news that Ken Lucas has died, was posted Monday 17th May 2021, on the Hastings & St. Leonards Chess Club website.
Ken has been a member of Hastings & St. Leonards Chess Club, since the late seventies.
He has held a number of posts on the International Congress Committee and as club Secretary.
Ken played in many weekend congresses and played for the club in the Mid-Sussex League.
