Paul, thank you for your post. I have to confess I had neglected to look at the page previously.
I have provided the ECF Office with an unpublished photograph for use in the fullness of time. I shall now alert them to include the FIDE Arbiters' Commission amongst the future recipients.

The arbiters deserve to be mentioned.
At the end of each tournament I play in, I always make an effort to speak to each arbiter and thank them for their hard work.
There is a number of arbiters not posted in the list.
Included is IA Ken Stewart from Scotland who sadly passed away a few years ago. I spoke to him on the phone a number of times. There was a tribute posted on the Scottish Chess Forum.

IA Garcia Ramos, Santiago reported 8th May 2021
Santiago Garcia Ramos sadly died on 7th May.
He was a Mexican International Arbiter who also held online courses for Spanish speaking arbiters.
Santiago was awarded IA in 2002 and arbitered at many tournaments across Central America and in South America including Peru and Argentina.
