I am sorry to inform you that Pamela Gilling has died.
This was posted on the Harrogate Chess Club Facebook page on the 2nd January 2021:
"We are very sorry to learn of the recent death of Mrs Pamela Gilling. Pam was the widow of Terry Gilling who was a stalwart member of the club for many years. After Terry's death in 2008, Pam donated the beautiful wooden board used by the B Team in his memory and continued to attend club social events. She was a regular attendee at the club dinner and many members will have had the pleasure of meeting her there."
