Do you know from where to download the ECF checker program that is used to sanity check a rating submission file?

I've heard today from Brian Valentine who tells me that the checker program has been deprecated.

It's still useful for doing offline checks that a rating file is valid, before attempting to upload to the ECF rating database, in my opinion.

I think the ECF should continue to make it available for that purpose, even if it's accompanied by a comment that it's no longer being maintained, so won't check everything.

The online tool allows you to check without submitting.

I am not familiar with the Result File Checker, but the current online system to load the result allows you to first check the validity of the file before committing it for submission.
If I recall, it highlights all the errors, you can keep loading the file until all errors are resolved then you can submit.
