I am looking for a great room / apartment in exchange for cheap rent of room (£40 weekly including all bills)
So the going rate for room rentals in Morpeth is about 3 times the rate in London? (or did you mean £5.00 per month in Morpeth ).Charlie Storey wrote:I am looking for a chess lodger for my 2 bed apartment in Morpeth. (10 metres from main bus station)

I'd prefer Morpeth to London, but not at that price differentialIan Thompson wrote:Charlie Storey wrote:I am looking to move to London for at least 4 months starting February.

Yes Morpeth is one of the best players to live within the UK - And I am the best Chess roomate to have in the UK - 'cos I'm lovely and a brilliant - let me repeat a brilliant chess teacher. So if you are passionate about chess it is highly likely you will see a considerable improvement in your chess ability.
No dimwits though... so don't waste my time if you have a mind set like the first person that responded to my advert.
Thanks
Charlie.
