The National Trust probably failed - I lack details - to take over Keats House in Hampstead although Churchill's place at Chartwell and Kipling's at Bateman's are now happily their own tourist-friendly residences. What is to stop John Upham's former home going down a similar route? A onetime neighbour was Mark Johnstone, a former British Junior Postal Champion, which naturally adds not inconsiderable kudos to the whole project. Open it as a museum and the money should just flow. Picture it ...
