Can I say

He whose heart is through injury constricted
finds the world atmosphere entirely constricted

Any other suggestion is welcome

Nice saying. I take it it refers to heartbreak rather than heart disease.

Whoe'er's with mind confined, from conflict's strife,
Sees the world as narrow, in their view of life.
