Define "flat" and then we may proceed.

Right, so we don't live on a globe. All the NASA "photographs" of earth are different and therefore we must assume they are fake.

What you see is perspective, things disappear in the distance naturally and therefore we must assume the sun and moon moves around us as well. The world being a globe was just a theory and has never been proven.

For instance the stars at night are exactly the same as a year ago, therefore we are not spinning in space as this would mean the "earth" was spinning at a thousand miles an a hour on it's axis, chasing around the sun at 66 thousand miles an hour and the sun is moving through the universe at 1.25 million miles an hour.

Does that sound believable to you, because that's what they want you to believe ?

My late father was amused to tell of an uncle of mine who insisted the earth was flat. The conversation went as follows:

Dad: "But if the earth were flat, people would drop off the end."

Uncle: "Yes, they will be doing one of these days!"

Shouldn't this thread be in Not Chess, or preferably not anywhere?
"Do you play chess?"
"Yes, but I prefer a game with a better chance of cheating."

Is that a Tim Vine special?

I very much liked his "fat badger" joke.
