What's the name of this song?

Hi all.
I need your help please.
I was just wandering what the name of this song is?
It features a dog barking all the time. No humans singing, just the dog, that's it. It is also very repetitive.
I think it was released in the 1970s or 1980s and I don't know who released it, I think it got quite high in the pop charts in the UK.

I'm afraid not. But that is quite funny.
It's definitely not a Christmas song.
