The chess calendar is quite full most of the time, so you`re going to have to get stuck in regardless.
I see your match with Liverpool went well. Have you any results and score details you can post here..

Shame if true..
Both counties are capable of putting out good teams.
Maybe celebration matches like the one v Liverpool recently will be the norm for our top players.
Certainly I see merit in the OPEN team playing at least one competitive match prior to the National stages.
