Full report and ten of the games now up on Yorkshire chess - http://yorkshirechess.org/nccu-2016-yor ... o-victory/

Definitely some good games there - especially the top 6 in the viewer. Noble of Andy to include his!

Is it common for County matches to use analogue clocks these days?

It is in WECU. Can't speak for other regions.

Well, anologue clocks do fit the vibe of county chess quite well :) Especially the Roses match!

Think with the NCCU internal matches it ends up depending on whether the club that gets used as the venue has digital clocks or not. So anologue when in Lancs (Heywood) and probably often digital in Yorkshire as many of the Leeds teams (and Bradford maybe?) have digital ones.
(There's a few digital ones in pictures from earlier years.).

We play all the K/O stages at neutral venues, which I presume means the arbiter/venue provides the clocks and thus digital. Can't remember for sure.
