Some years ago I confessed to Larry Christiansen that I despised myself for being frightened of this line. He said that I shouldn't ( despise myself, that is ), and that Naka employed a move order with an early ...d7-d6 specifically to avoid it.

14 players will qualify. Does Jovanka still have an outside chance of qualifying for the World Cup, or will the tiebreaks work against her? Ketevan Arakhamia-Grant lost two in row after reaching 4th place and is on a wing and prayer like Jovanka. Did Jovanka draw a winning position yesterday?

No, not according to Stockfish.

I've checked, and she missed critical lines around move 40. The assessment was +6 and +7 at that point. Not sure whether it was easy to spot this or not, or whether time trouble played a part. By the time it got to the two minor pieces ending, difficult to win.

Looks like Jovanka's opponent has blundered (58 Re6) which makes up for the numerous winning chances she missed yesterday. She may have qualified.

Jovanka finished with a win to end on 7/11 but is likely to lose out on tie-break for the qualifying places (depending on who is pre-qualified etc)

A last round win for Ketevan may have been enough though, she's currently showing as 14th on tiebreak on Chess-results:

Looks like Jovanka would have needed 2/2 anyway. Pity.

Looking back at the FIDE Women's World Cup from 2000 to the present, I see Ketevan played in the World Cup in 2000 (back when she was an IM), and was knocked out in round 2. Jovanka played in 2006 and was knocked out in round 2. Ketevan also played in 2013 (knocked out in round 1) and in 2015 (knocked out in round 2).
