Now I am all confused.
You told us back in December 2009 that Heather played in two tournaments in 2008 and 2009.

".... and looking back found that Heather Richards has played two tournaments in Australia,
albeit early in 2009 and late 2008! Whilst this hardly breaking news..."

Were these two tournaments in 2008/9 not FIDE rated. (we should have been told.)
If not then this is indeed breaking news.

Heather Richards finished equal 2-5 on 7.5/11. The winner Irine Sukandar had 9.5/11
