2150+ female player needed for WIM round robin in France Dec 26th-30th

I am Benjamin MARRET.
I am organizing a round robin WIM tournament in Rouen (Normandy, France) from December 26th til December 30th.

Very recently, one of the player decided not play anymore, there are now 9 players.
I am strongly looking for a foreign female player with elo > 2150 to participate in this tournament.

Please find below the conditions we can offer and tournament details.

A/ Conditions for the 10th player

Accomodation in a 3 stars hotel individual room from 26th December to 30th December (25 min by foot from the playing venue or free shuttle by car) with breakfasts included ;
Lunches and Dinners are reimbursed up to 17,50€/meal on presentation of a receipt ;
Reimbursement of travel expenses up to 250€ on presentation of a receipt ;
Payment of a €350 (if 2150<elo<2250) €400 (if 2250<elo<2300) €450 (if elo >2300) compensation conditional on participation of all 9 rounds ;

- Welcome and check-in: 13:30 to 14:30
- Round 1: 15:00
Wednesday 27 December 2023 :
- Round 2: 09:00
- Round 3: 14:00
Thursday 28 December 2023 :
- Round 4: 09:00
- Round 5: 14:00
Friday 29 December 2023 :
- Round 6: 09:00
- Round 7: 14:00
Saturday 30 December 2023 :
- Round 8: 08:30
- Round 9: 13:30

The draw for the colours will take place within three days of confirmation of the last player.
The pairings will then be communicated to you by the Tournament Arbiter, Mrs Loriane LEBRET, IA.

Please note that round 7 of the tournament will take place at the Maison Saint-Sever, 12 Rue Saint Julien, 76100 Rouen.
Indeed, La Halle aux Toiles will be hosting a concert on the afternoon of 29 December, and we've decided not to take any risks by moving the venue (the time is unchanged).
