In October and November 2002, Polgár played on second board (with Péter Lékó on first) for Hungary in the 35th Chess Olympiad.

That's what I thought.
Judit Polgar has played for Hungary's Open team at eight Olympiads, including two on top board ( although those did not go so well ). This has not been very unusual for a female player over the years. I was commenting that two women playing against each other in the Open section has, I believe, happened on only one occasion.

"For the moment Worcestershire CA and Katarzyna are claiming a new chess record"

Prima facie, you do indeed have a county first in that Katarzyna appears to be the first woman to play on top board for Worcestershire.

Unless Jana Bellin ever played on top board for Staffordshire, or Ruth Sheldon for the well known MCCU county Manchester ...

From memory there was situations that Ruth played near or top board; but cannot prove this
