Video of Yoo ripping/crumpling up his scoresheet. Totally agree that the further action involving the videographer deserved expulsion from the tournament but annulling his results? What's the reasoning behind that? That punishes the players who took points from him and rewards Yoo because he doesn't lose points. We didn't see how bad the pushing incident was but certainly a fine and some sort of ban from future tournaments would seem a reasonable course of action and perhaps that will follow in due course anyway.

The games will be rated.

Standard all-play-all rules: if a player withdraws without having played half their games, their results are expunged for tournament standing purposes. (I assume that the games he's already played will still be rated, though.)

Thanks for clarifying guys, if the games are still being rated then the action of annulling his tournament results but still rating the games is an appropriate course of action and I take back my objection.

Which puts Caruana up to 2nd on the Live ratings

He shook hands, and signed the score sheet - what's the problem there? He doesn't have to keep his copy - it will appear on chessbase.
Video of the alleged altercation with the videographer would be nice. Did Yoo attack him, or did the person jump in front of him?

The venue is clearly inadequate for any National Championship, it reminds me of the worst places where I've played club chess. There is barely enough room for the players and arbiters to squeeze between the tables without some random person getting in your way and pushing a camera in your face. Yoo was obviously upset at screwing up a winning position and should have been given space and time to cool down.

Chris Bird the official arbiter at the event says the videographer was a woman and there is a video and he's seen it. However, it's not clear whether it's the organisers or the police that are not releasing the video at the moment.

I wish most venues were this 'bad'

Lots of photos of the venue have been published. Which if them show poor playing conditions? The only shortcoming I can see is that the tables that don't have inlaid boards are using badly designed DGT boards and clocks.

The situation thus far pretty suspect to me, he allegedly attacked somebody on camera and there is no video footage?
Without that there seems to be no reason whatsoever to punish him for getting mildly annoyed at being swindled , caruana isn't some kind of living god that requires his opponents to grovel in defeat and say "please sir, one more thrashing"

It may be of interest to see it, but equally, unless you think it didn't happen, there's no reason to release it is there?

I guess it's just a consequence of the post truth world we live in now, it's hard to just take anyone's word for things anymore, especially in the USA which is notoriously partisan when it comes to chess disputes.
