Keymer-Dubov, Esipenko-Grischuk, Bacrot-Nakamura and Aronian-Vidit are among the games to look forward to as the 2022 FIDE Grand Prix begins in Berlin on Friday 4th February at 15:00 CET. Ding Liren, who failed to get a visa, and Dmitry Andreikin, who tested positive, are absent, but the remaining 12 players have made it to Berlin, including Daniil Dubov, who has twice tested negative since he was forced to pull out of the Tata Steel Masters.

As far as I am concerned, Chessbomb was the best and now it has been dismantled. I probably won't bother to watch at all.

Yes, I used to prefer Chessbomb to chess24 and others as my ancient laptop didn't grind to a halt when I used Chessbomb.

Yes, agree totally. Am also unlikely to follow the chess games as much now. I can understand the need to get rid of (or better moderate) the commentary sections where some of the lanuguage was unacceptable, but I wonder where those people have gone. If there is a market for this, someone will replicate it/bring it back.

I find the Lichess coverage much nicer than Chessbomb. I also like that the engine is off as a default, so you can think about the games before checking with the engine.

It wasn't particularly easy to use on a phone as you had to scroll diagonally to see the board, moves and engine suggestions.
