From the event Twitter page it looks very much like the only player wearing a mask was surprisingly ‘not the biggest mask fan’, Danny Gormally. So was 3 out of 10 being generous?
No, I was there on a number of days and know what I saw.

I did not assert that mask wearers wore them in every round.

As far as I know the only 'player' to test positive was Nigel.

Additionally two players withdrew from an event at the start of the LCC presumably as a consequence of a previous event prior to the LCC.

Danny Gormally’s described it as a ‘raft of infections.’ Is it definite none of the ten players caught covid or just unknown?

Nigel is now in hospital on oxygen by the way. So we wish him well.

Some sources suggest the average time for a vaccinated person to test positive is 3 to 5 days after exposure. So I guess regular lateral flows might still be the order of the day.

Yes, but that's true for all of us. We should all be taking LFTs (assuming we're going out), if we can get hold of them!
