Travel to Iceland is subject to entry restrictions

Everyone flying into Iceland must either pay for a coronavirus (COVID-19) test, or self-isolate for 14 days upon arrival. Children born in 2005 or later are exempt.
I suppose they are assuming such restrictions will no longer apply next April.

Or that a test will by then be easy to get. In many European countries it is now..
