Ian...do you think we should take away Titles if the player is miles away from the requirement...its a bit like false representation that you are a Master.
When a title is awarded for life of course you shouldn't take it away if the qualification criteria are no longer met. A knowledgeable person realises that titles are a rough indication of peak playing strength and ratings a reasonable indication of current playing strength.

If I was trying to impress someone with chess titles I wouldn't claim to be an FM anyway - I'd truthfully state I was an IM.

Charlie - I am impressed with the fact that you have Adrian Mihalcisn signed up. But he doesn't work for free. I would have thought that he would take all of your money before you get started. At what point could you offer a strong junior some Syype training with Adrian.

Great Question John Moore

GM FST Adrian Mihailcisin is the best Chess trainer in the World and the only Coach I have had any sort of lesson from, He and Andy Martin and Nigel Davies are the only Chess Trainers whom I consider to be stronger or equal to myself which is why these three, in conjunction with Chessbase will be consulted on developing our syllabus, which is carry over from the original Academy bid.

As for Adrian Skype Training we are developing our schedule and rates and he will be the only Trainer in our organisation on the Super Elite rate, I along side other Chessbase Authors who are Fide Trainers are on the Elite Rate, I ( have unique teaching skills outside of chess as referenced in the ECF Bid requirement in fact I am the only Qualified Teacher that is a Chess Master and a FIDE Trainer...Performing at A in my Masters in 'Teaching and Learning ' at Kings College London, this allows me in the same category as Andy and Nigel but still a considerable distance behind Adrian) then we have International Experience Masters rate and then we have New Masters rate, parents will get to choose and be able to see which students Top Coaches have worked with for 2 years or more and which ones they have coached to come National Champions, transparency for Parental decision making.

Super elite rate is £100 per hour Half that for next which is Andy, Myself and Nigel (possibly Hawkins) then £40 for the next which is Experienced International Master Coaches, then any Coach who is our Official Partner as A County Manager is listed at £20 per hour. Our administation is 10 per cent on all Coaching and yes you can flirt between Coaches.

All do a good job, some are better than others some have high media profiles some have won 168 Opens!

Anyway parents get transparency and choice.

Our organisation takes 5 to 10 per cent on all administrative work, we also provide, branding, support, advertising, expertise. A simplified Franchise system that truly saves Official Partners money (we charge a maximum of £200 per year!---peanuts!) on website fees alone, they simply need a free Facebook page then register on GreatBritainJuniorSquad.com profile page as an official partner, this saves them money and time and helps them come part of our Super Team. They can even buy as much Official Partner merchandise from our shop, who knows even a percentage discount on Chess goods from our official Chess Supplier..... who is likely to be Howard Wood....Subject to contract, as he has always came across to me as a a man of great integrity, a value I like in my Official Partners.

You can find all of the links above your primitive derogatory comment "Nor us, Charlie, nor us". on that website page - It is not allowing me to copy them directly - Well worth a read

Just getting back to this particular nonsense, notice that it's headed HERE ARE A FEW OF MY EXCELLENT OPEN VICTORIES IN THE PAST FEW YEARS.

Few indeed: on inspection, number 1 sees you second on tie-break, number 2 sees you placed 2nd-3rd a half point behind the winner, number 7 sees you second on tie-break, number 8 sees you placed 2nd-4th a half point behind the winner, number 9 sees you placed 5th-9th two whole points behind the winner and number 10 isn't a tournament at all, but your CV.

FIDE lists over 200 FIDE Senior Trainers on their website, many of whom are also well known players with IM or GM titles, as well as over 1000 FIDE Trainers, some of whom are also well known players with IM or GM titles. How do you know none of them are also qualified teachers?

He's very good in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, the theme of which is the attempt to alter and erase one's memories.

I preferred him in Ace Ventura Pet Detective, he was great at seeing through people and super ethical.

3 hour 25 minute delay at Airport to go to Mallorca do I get compensation on the Queens Side?

Thanks Charlie. 66 today opening the batting, so well satisfied with that. Calf muscles rather stiff. A birthday treat nevertheless.

Good luck in Mallorca!
