If anyone has the fourth volume in this Chess Stars series of Tal's games (ISBN 9548782049), which you are willing to sell for a reasonable price, please do contact me by either PM or at [email protected]

I'm also happy to buy the set of four volumes if you prefer not to split them up.
Many thanks !

This book may be available on the Oxfam site

It might be more than you want to pay but it could be reduced in the future if not sold.

The four volumes in this set are quite collectable, but the prices which Neil and John have tracked down for Volume 4 are really ridiculous. I have been looking for a Volume 4 myself for a while but I wouldn't want to pay more than £20 and even then, I would think twice about it.

Catherine - not that it helps now, but I see that Keverel Chess, down in the West Country, did have the four volumes in the series last year at a bargain £9.50 each.

Err ... thanks for the replies and don't want to sound ungrateful but this book "want" was posted three years ago !

As John M. mentioned, those Chess Stars game collections are always in demand but trying to find them at sensible prices is difficult. I think I tried to buy Bob Jones' copies at Keverel at the time but someone beat me to it !
