Sveshnikov

Here's a line in the Lasker-Pelikan:

1 e4 c5 2 Nf3 Nc6 3 d4 cxd4 4 Nxd4 Nf6 5 Nc3 e5 6 Ndb5 d6 7 Bg5 a6 8 Na3 b5 9 Bxf6 gxf6 10 Nd5
‘The Chelyabinsk Variation’ according to Garry Kasparov.
10 ... Be6
“not satisfactory.”- ‘Sicilian: Lasker-Pelikán’ (Batsford 1978)
11 c3 h5

is this a new position? Is 11 ... h5 a recognised counter? :?:

Not answering your question but Rogozenko's "The Sveshnikov Reloaded" would probably be a better reference (which I don't have with me at the moment).
