Have you seen this game previously ?

Whilst reviewing a book I encountered this position :
with Black to move.
The players are given as Wiler - Hell and the year 1964.
It is a rather nice combination and I was keen (but not Keene) to find the full score of the game.
I tried a position search in MegaBase 2020 and Correspondence 2020 and failed miserably.
Chess Assistant did not provide any assistance.
Can you help please ?

I wondered whether it might be from Chess Combination as a Fine Art edited by Golz and Keres but I can't currently find either of my copies. A lot of Kurt Richter's examples from the book are of little known players. Might be totally wrong, but perhaps someone who has a copy of the book and is better organised than me could have a look. Of course, even if it is in there, the book only gives the concluding moves of combinations, not the whole game.

I tried the superb Encyclopedia of Chess Combinations (4th Ed.) with no joy and Combination in Chess by Gyorgy Negyesy and Jozsef Hegyi which also was silent.

Simples.
1 I knew I had seen this position before.
2 The names looked a typical translation corruption by the Chess Informant people.
3 Hell > Hall.
4 Arthur Hall was a friend and 1964 was a peak year for his sharp tactical style.
