I had this position last night as black.
White has just played 28.Bh5. It was tempting to return the favour with 28...Bh8!
Any other examples of such a cluttered h-file?

28...Bh8 would certainly have attracted Justin's attention.

For two reasons - fill up the h-file and Worst Move on the Board.

I prefer Jon's post but have seen it before.
Alistair I think it is better to try to avoid the mate in one.

Re: Most pieces on the h-file
Very bizarrely, I was looking for exactly this sort of position about 10 days ago, in the context of the game Swiercz-Jumabayev in the World Teams where they reached this position after Black's 40th. (see David Llada's picture).
The best one I found in reasonably similar vein was this from last year's Chinese Championships (Zhou Jianchao vs Zeng Chongsheng) where there are only 8 pieces on the board, but 7 on the f-file.
I did also find positions with completely full files - here's one with the h-file full, it's from Taddei vs Sharif, Besançon 2003.
