Who lived at 3, Fmckseuskaja, Flat No. 154, Moscow, USSR ?
I am taking this from a written 1960 script so my spelling may be worse than his handwriting!

I recall Botvinnik having a Who's Who entry into the 1980s, there can't have been many other foreign chess players in it.

I wonder if there is a photograph of the location, or if it was a ghastly block of Soviet-era Russian flats 'architecture'?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frunzenskaya_Embankment

Hmm. Looks nice, actually! :D
In 1950, a plan for the reconstruction of the embankment was approved, developed by architects Ya. V. Belopolsky, E. N. Stamo and N. Ya. Ulas. According to this plan, the embankment was widened to 50 metres and divided into six blocks, including buildings built in 1935-1940. It was planned to build 40 large multi-story buildings, seven schools, sports grounds, and landscaping on the embankment. The houses were to be mainly 10-14 stories high, since the embankment is located between the high-rise building of the University on Lenin Hills and the new high-rise buildings in the Garden Ring. As a result of this plan, the embankment was built up with Stalinist buildings. In 1956, a trolleybus was built along the embankment.
What years would Botvinnik have been living there?

(Caveat: the building in the photo is the "Building of Russian Ministry of Defence at Frunzenskaya Embankment".)

The document referred to in Where did they live? in Chess Notes is the entry by which Staunton established, as proprietor, his copyright of his highly successful book The Chess Player's Handbook. On the following day, he assigned the copyright to the publisher Henry G. Bohn.

He lived at that address during 1847 and 1848. Two letters mentioned in Where did they live? show that he was at 6 Park Place, Fulham Road during 1846, but I suspect this was merely a case of renumbering of the house.
