The name of Francis Joseph Lee, an English chess professional active between the late 1880s and his death in 1909, is rarely mentioned today.

Another fantastic article(s) on a strong English player from this period. These players who were just under the radar as not as strong as Atkins, Blackburne, Yates and others, but led fascinating lives are a pleasure to read about. Many thanks Richard for all the work you have completed on these.

Yes, I'm sure that the FJ Lee article was the catalyst.

It was, in fact, a file path issue caused by a clash with WordFence Pro and the ISP hosting solution.

A very niche error.

This took around 2-3 days of elapsed time to resolve but we got there in the end.
