What did Blackburne miss?

In the following game against the problemist A. B Thynne, Blackburne missed a strong continuation on move 12. Can you find it?

Are we taking on d6 here and then following up (in some lines) with e5?

Nice find. 13 Qg5+ after most Black 12th moves but 13 e5 in reply to Qxd6, yes
